Elevator Pitch

As the Senior Lead Recruiting and Employer Branding at momox, I am responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent for Europe's leading re-commerce company. With over 7 years of experience in HR, I have successfully led and supported various recruitment and branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns, employee referrals, employer awards, and career fairs. I have also developed and optimized HR processes and policies, such as onboarding, offboarding, feedback, and contract management, in collaboration with the management and the leadership team. In addition, I have acquired multiple certifications in social recruiting, people relationship management, and Google Analytics, which enable me to leverage data and insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR strategies. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Hamburg, where I developed a keen interest in the social and organizational aspects of human behavior. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where everyone can thrive and grow.
